Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a White Label Fragrances purchase or gift for any reason, We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a full resalable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 15 days. You are not required to give us any reason for doing so, however proof of purchase (order number) is required. This excludes personalized items which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. In this case you can either:

Or If you decide to return your product to store then you MUST take your proof of purchase* with you that you received when your order was dispatched. No return can be completed in store without it. Any return to store must be done within 15 days, and the product must be returned unused and unopened.
Please note: If the product is returned, either to store or to Customer Services, in a condition which is not fully resalable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not refund gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind.
HYGIENE
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries items which have been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.
SALE ITEMS
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Specially ordered items may not be returned. Purchases and shipping are charged in the nominated currency of the shipping destination.

For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. White Label fragrances reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria. Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is placed.
If your credit/debit card or other method of payment is not denominated in the currency of your purchase, the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. This will be calculated and charged by your card issuer.
All orders are placed with White Label fragrances which is a Botswana entity, therefore your card issuer or payment method provider may apply other international bank charges. White Label fragrances has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your issuing bank for further information before placing your order.
Please note that in some countries additional duties may be payable to your local tax authorities on receipt of your delivery.
